For agencies

You have ten clients and each one emails you articles, wants a report at month end and wants the link posted on their networks too. The platform runs exactly that chain without any client learning about it: reports and emails carry your agency's name.

What you stop doing

  • No more copying articles out of emails: they import themselves, with the document and images, into the client's campaign
  • No more spreadsheet of what was published for whom: every client has a record with campaigns, articles, publications and spend
  • No more hand-made reports: the month's PDF goes out on the 1st, and the client gets a report link without an account
  • No more posting links on every client's networks: their accounts receive only their articles, with a daily cap

How it works for an agency

  • Your clients stay yours

Each client is a record: name, website, sending addresses, contacts. Campaigns, articles, publications and social accounts link to it. The client has no account and never sees the platform; everything you send them carries the agency's name.

    • Clinica Nord12 publications this month
    • Agro Sud7 publications this month
    • Studio Verde3 publications this month

Each client with their campaigns, articles and report.

  • Articles arrive from email

Connect your mailbox (we only read it) and list each client's addresses. An email from them — direct or forwarded by you — becomes an article in their campaign, with the attached document and images; the requested outlet is recognised and proposed. Without a document it stays flagged, with a notification. We read the spam folder too.

  • Per-client reports

What was published, where, when and for how much: in your account, as CSV, as PDF or as a public link you send the client. On the 1st, last month's PDF reaches your team by email; you send it to the client with one click and a confirmation.

  • The client's networks, not yours

Mastodon, Pixelfed and Bluesky: accounts linked to a client receive only its articles, at most 10–20 posts a day with pauses between them. Anything beyond is scheduled for tomorrow.

  • AI assistants, with a brake

Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor work in your account through MCP: they search outlets, draft articles, prepare editorial plans. They order and publish only if you flip the switch. ChatGPT connects with a single “Allow”, no keys to copy.

“Find five health sites with DA over 35 and prepare a draft for each.”

    • writes drafts in your account
    • orders only if you allow it
  • One account, your team

Owners, administrators, editors, billing managers: each with their own rights. Every change stays in the audit log.

Questions

Questions from agencies

Will my clients find out I use Comunicate.top?
No. Clients have no account and receive nothing carrying the platform's name. Reports carry the agency's name, the public report link shows the agency, and the publication confirmation goes out as a reply to their email, signed by you.
Do I have to give my clients a platform email address?
No. You connect your own mailbox, the one your clients already use. The platform only reads it; it sends nothing from it.
What happens to an email without a document?
It stays listed as “no document”, with the links found in it and the outlet mentioned, and you get a notification. If it links to an article, we fetch it from there. We never invent an article from the text of a request.
Can I give a client access to their report?
Yes, through a public link you create from the client's record. It expires in 90 days, can be revoked at any time and counts views. No account required.
