What the platform does

Comunicate.top is a SaaS platform for publishing articles and press releases across a network of Romanian publications. It covers the whole path of a material: from text and images to automatic publishing, proof that it went live, and how it performs in search.

Before publishing

The article arrives ready for the road

Editor and import: Write directly or import from a Word document or Google Drive. The import cleans formatting against an allowlist and tells you exactly what it removed. Each save produces a new version only if the text actually changed.
Image gallery: Images are uploaded once and reused. A file's type is determined from its contents, not its name, and an image used in an article cannot be deleted by accident.
SEO checks before publishing: The analysis flags an article's mechanical problems and can fix them: lengths, heading structure, link attributes. The rel attribute policy is applied at publication, following Google's rules for paid content.
SEO metadata generated automatically: On import and on save, the platform generates the SEO title, the meta description and the focus keyword, using the configured AI provider. Automatic corrections are mechanical: the title and the author's text are left alone. Whole articles are not generated automatically — for that there are copywriting orders, written by people.
Written by a person, on order: When you have no text and don’t want a model’s draft: order from your account, a writer from our team writes it from your brief, and you get it as a draft, usually within 1–3 working days. Paid from your balance; what cannot be written is declined with a reason and the money comes back.

Publishing

It publishes without you, with the declared label

Automatic and scheduled publishing: No email goes to any newsroom. The article goes straight into the publication’s site, with the advertising label that publication declared. You can schedule it for a specific date — Tuesday morning’s launch is prepared on Friday. And if our servers restart
Notifications: In the app and by email, with per-category preferences. It is not all-or-nothing: you choose what you want to hear about.

After publishing

Proof, not promises

Google Search Console, connected: Comunicate.top reads search performance straight from Google Search Console, for the publications that are connected. You see impressions, clicks and average position for the publications you have published on — not merely the fact that the article appeared.
Reports and export: Figures are computed on demand from the ledgers, not from a summary that can fall behind. The CSV export opens straight in Excel, diacritics intact.

For agencies and teams

Many clients, one account

Campaigns and clients: Group publications by client and by campaign, with a tracked budget. A client is a label rather than a separate account to administer — useful above all if you work as an agency and report separately for each one.
Clients and per-client reports: For agencies: each client with its own record, reports as CSV, PDF or public link, last month's PDF by email on the 1st. The client never learns about the platform.
Email import: Connect your mailbox (we only read it, nothing is sent from it); clients' emails become articles in their campaigns, with the attached document and images, and the requested outlet is proposed. We read the spam folder too.
Social networks: Mastodon, Pixelfed and Bluesky: the published article's link goes out automatically to the connected accounts, at most 10–20 posts a day with pauses. A client's accounts receive only its articles.

API, webhooks and AI assistants

Partner API and webhooks: Comunicate.top exposes a partner API: keys with per-key permissions, a request limit, and the organisation determined from the key rather than from the URL. Webhooks are signed with HMAC over the timestamp and payload, and the delivery history shows the response received and allows a retry. An agency integrates once and orders from its own system.
AI assistants in your account: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Gemini work in your account through MCP; ChatGPT, Zapier or Make connect with a single “Allow”, no keys to copy. They order and publish only if you flip the switch.
