The legal part, handled
Law 363/2007 forbids using editorial context for paid promotion without saying so clearly. It is an unfair practice in every situation, with no mitigating circumstances and no threshold below which it stops counting. The liability is yours, as the publication — which is why the choice is yours and it is written down: either we apply the label at publication in the form you set, or you declare that you apply it from your theme, or you declare that you do not label. What you choose appears in the catalogue, next to your site, exactly as you chose it.

Questions from site owners
- Does it have to be WordPress?
- No. If the site can be connected, we publish automatically and you do nothing. If it cannot, you receive the material, publish it manually and send us the link. Both are accepted in the catalogue.
- Who sets the price?
- You do, and you can set it differently per campaign type: an advertorial can cost more than a press release, and a category you do not want can be refused outright.
- Can I refuse a piece?
- Yes. Ask for manual approval on every publication and nothing appears on your site without your click. If you trust the filters you set, leave it automatic.
- What is a time-limited offer and how does it work?
- It is how you fill a slow week: a hundred publications at a better price, valid for seven days. The deadline belongs to the offer, not to the publications — whoever buys keeps those hundred and uses them whenever.
- Why do you need Google Search Console access?
- So we can show clients how their articles perform in search: impressions, clicks, position. We ask for restricted, read-only access for comunicatetop@gmail.com. We change none of your settings.
