Editorial policy
Who writes what you read here, under what rules, and what happens when we get it wrong. Every line below can be contradicted with an example — that is why it is written.
The author is the organisation, not an invented person
Guides on this site are signed by Comunicate.top, a brand operated by ARC MEDIASOFT SRL, VAT RO32431001. We do not put an author name with a biography and photograph next to them, because that person would not exist.
How we choose topics
We write about things we do every day: what a press release that actually gets published looks like, what the law requires for paid material, what the difference is between the formats we sell. We do not write about subjects we do not practise, however much they are searched for. A guide about something we have never done is a compilation from other sites, and it reads like one.
Who checks the text
Every guide is read by someone on the team before publication, and claims with legal implications — what Law 363/2007 requires, what may and may not be promoted in regulated fields — are checked against the text of the law itself, not against an article quoting it. Where we state what a law provides, we also state which law, with the exact article, so you can check for yourself.
What an automated system may and may not do
We use automated generation for mechanical things: the proposed search-result title, the meta description, the main keyword, checks on length and structure. We do not write articles with a generator and publish them as editorial content. The distinction is not a nuance: the first proposes a wording a person accepts or changes, the second would mean the text you are reading was thought through by no one.
Editorial content versus paid material
The guides on comunicate.top are our own content: nobody pays for them and they contain no purchased placements. The material we publish for clients, on the publications in the network, is something else — it is paid for, and so it carries the advertising label each publication declared in the catalogue. The two never mix in the same place.
What we do not do
We do not take text from other sites and we do not republish articles with the words changed. We do not publish comparisons paid for by one of the parties. We do not quietly delete an article that turned out to be wrong — we correct it and say that it was corrected. We do not put figures on the page without saying where they come from.
How we keep the figures current
The data about the network — how many publications, what authority, what turnaround, what price — is read from the catalogue at the moment you open the page, not written by hand. A number written into the text would be true on the day of publication and false three months later, and an out-of-date reference page is worse than one that does not exist: it is exactly the kind of source someone cites confidently and wrongly.
If we got it wrong
Write to us and we will correct it. If the error changes the meaning — a figure, a legal provision, a deadline — we correct the text and note on the page that it was corrected, with the date. If it is a typo, we fix it without a note. We do not delete articles to make a mistake disappear.
