Material sent by companies is published separately from the editorial team's guides: it carries a visible label, an identified sender and marked commercial links. We publish on comunicate.top without guaranteeing pick-up by the press, traffic, indexing or Google positions, and without recommending agencies or distribution platforms. The acceptance criterion is legality and complete identification of the sender. Material is checked before publication, and neither acceptance nor the deadline is guaranteed.
What do we publish on comunicate.top?
We publish press releases, advertorials and informational material sent by companies, within the law, plus editorial guides written by the team about PR and communication. The two types of content do not mix: client material appears under the “Press release” byline, the guides under “Comunicate editorial team”.
- the visible label “Press release” or “Advertorial” on the first screen;
- an explicit mention of the sender and their responsibility for the content;
rel="sponsored"on every link to the sender or their partners;- the “Press release” author account, not “Comunicate editorial team”.
We do not edit submitted material to make it sound editorial. We correct language and formatting errors.
We do not place paid material in editorial selections, rankings or recommendations of the team.
The detailed labelling obligations are explained in the guide on the difference between a press release and an advertorial and in Romanian Law 365/2002, Article 6.
Links to the sender use rel="sponsored" in line with Google Search Central.
What do we check before publication?
We check the legality of the publishing framework, the identification of the sender, the visible labelling and the correctness of the sponsored links before publishing on the site. We do not verify the truth of every marketing claim in the client's material — that remains entirely the sender's responsibility, not the editorial team's.
- We check: the commercial label, the sender's identity, the mandatory documents and the marking of the links;
- We do not validate as an editorial team: market share, performance or commercial results declared by the sender;
- We do not promise: pick-up by the press, indexing, positions or traffic.
The team's editorial guides — how to write a headline, the structure of a release, crisis communication — are published separately, under the “Comunicate editorial team” account, without links to paying clients.
What do we not promise senders?
We do not promise press coverage, minimum traffic, Google positioning or an editorial recommendation.
comunicate.top is a publishing channel — the material becomes publicly accessible, and third-party newsrooms decide independently whether to pick it up, ignore it or rewrite it from another angle.
We do not recommend PR agencies or distribution platforms by name. We do not publish paid material under the editorial byline — that would falsely transfer editorial credibility to the client.
The editorial workflow is assisted by artificial intelligence and checked before publication; the legal check is separate from the editorial drafts.
How do you submit material for publication?
Create an account and publish through the catalogue, or send the material by email to redactie@comunicate.top. Publishing details are on the pricing page. An incomplete message — without a press contact, without identification of the issuer or without the full text of the release — does not enter the publication check.
- the full text (headline, lead, body, quote, boilerplate, contact);
- the legal identification of the sender;
- a contact person for clarifications;
- a statement of whether the material contains commercial links or paid content.
Incomplete material — without a contact, without identification of the issuer — does not enter the publishing queue. The recommended structure is detailed in the editorial guides on the site, starting with the writing guide and the structure of a press release.
For choosing the format and checking the required documents, continue with the service pages for advertorials and SEO articles. They separate the press release, the advertorial and the SEO article and explain when material is modified or refused.
Frequently asked questions
Do you publish every release that is sent?
No. We publish legal material, complete in its identification and correctly labelled. We refuse content forbidden by law, or content that hides its commercial nature — whatever the amount paid.
Who is responsible for the content of a published release?
The sender of the material. The comunicate.top editorial team checks the form, the labelling and the legality of the publishing framework — it does not guarantee the truth of the claims in the text.
Does paid material appear under the editorial account?
No, without exception. It goes under the “Press release” account, with a visible label. The team's guides do not promote paying clients.
Can you guarantee an appearance in a national newspaper?
No. We publish on comunicate.top; pick-up by other media depends on the relevance of the news and on each newsroom's decision. Any promise to the contrary does not come from us.
Where do I find guides on how to write a release?
In the guides section, under the “Comunicate editorial team” byline: writing, structure, headlines and related articles. These are editorial materials — they do not replace legal advice for your specific case.
